Effective Date: Apr 1, 2026
Your Home 360 (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when using our mobile app and website.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
Client Service Professionals (CSPs): Users of the Your Home 360 mobile app and website.
Clients: Users of the Your Home 360 website.
2. Information We Collect
For Client Service Professionals (App & Website)
- Account Information: Email addresses, phone numbers, and login credentials.
- Google User Data: If you choose to integrate your Google Calendar, our app will request permission to access your calendar. To maintain this connection and provide synchronization features, we store OAuth tokens (Access and Refresh tokens) securely in our database. This allows the app to remain connected until you choose to disconnect it.
- Push Notifications: Data to support reminder notifications and weather alerts (app only).
- Payment Information (Optional): Collected only if a CSP chooses “Company Check” as a payment method. Includes check number and charge amount.
For Clients (Website Only)
- Account Information: Name, email, and phone number.
- Property Information: Details about the customer’s property.
- Photos: Visual documentation uploaded for property records or reports.
3. How We Use Your Information
For Client Service Professionals
- Provide tools for scheduling, inspections, and reporting.
- Integrate with Google Calendar to display scheduled property visits, create new calendar events, and update existing events. While we store authorization tokens to maintain a connection, the actual calendar event data is processed ephemerally and is not stored on Your Home 360 servers or in our database.
- Send reminder notifications and troubleshoot issues.
For Clients
- Store property details and inspection records.
- Facilitate communication with your Client Service Professional.
- Generate professional reports with photos.
4. Google API Disclosure & Limited Use
Your Home 360’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4.1 Token Storage & Persistent Access
To provide a seamless experience, Your Home 360 stores Google OAuth tokens in a secure database. These tokens are used solely to facilitate the display and management of calendar events. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting your account within the Your Home 360 app.
4.2 Data Usage Restrictions
We do not store Google Calendar data in our database. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, serving ads, or any other unrelated purposes. Our access is limited strictly to the functionality of displaying, creating, and updating scheduled calendar events. We do not allow humans to read your Google User Data unless we have obtained your affirmative agreement for specific troubleshooting, it is necessary for security purposes, or to comply with applicable laws.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Your data is stored in your password-protected space, accessible only by you and our support team when necessary.
We do not sell, trade, or share your Google User Data or personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to provide the essential app services you have authorized (e.g., Google Calendar integration).
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures—including encryption for stored OAuth tokens—to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
7. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us at help@your-home360.com.
8. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services. If you delete your Your Home 360 account, all stored Google OAuth tokens and associated identifiers will be permanently removed from our systems. Since calendar event data is not stored on our servers, it is not retained by Your Home 360 once the synchronization task is complete.
9. Children’s Privacy
Your Home 360 is intended for users above 13 years. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of Your Home 360 constitutes acceptance of any changes.
