Onboarding Questions
How long does onboarding take?
Most businesses are fully set up within 2–3 business days for new business. Our team handles data import and checklist customization for you. If you are an established Home Watch business. We review your reporting, import files and help you get onboarded which is fully completed within 30 days.
What data can you import?
We can import client records, property details, and existing checklist templates from spreadsheets or other systems.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
Not at all. The onboarding call walks you through everything, and our team does the heavy lifting on data import and configuration.
